As usual Goose and Gander are amazing at delivering quickly with well priced items for an amazing standard. The hoodie is soft and perfect! Recommend to everyone!!

First item we received had the pocket way off centre. First experience of customer service from this company and it’s sadly put me off ordering again. I couldn’t find a phone number, I Facebook messaged, contacted via email and their website and it took a week to get a response. I asked them to call to discuss but they confirmed they are unable to do it took several more messages to resolve, waiting almost a week for each response. Finally received replacement which was acceptable but still waiting for a refund from an additional return. My teenage daughters love this company but we’ve all been put off ordering again unless customer services improve. Rating is for the item - zero stars for customer service!
