A gift card is seen as a method of payment, so it is possible to use a promotion code with a gift voucher. Just enter the code into the same box and hit apply.
No. You can spend part or all of the gift card. If you order is over the total amount for the gift card or cards, you will need to pay the additional amount by an alternative payment method. This usually means Credit or Debit Card.
Any remaining credit on the gift card can be used on another order. It is not possible to request a refund for outstanding amounts left on a Gift Card.
Gift Cards won as competition and giveaway prizes will have an expiry date. This should be outlined in the email or message you received from us in your 'congratulations' message. If you still have questions, please contact us.
