UK Returns

We offer free and fast exchanges for UK orders, you can change the size, colour or product.

You have 30 days from placing your order to request a return.

Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. Returns will be eligible for a refund to your original payment method or an exchange where applicable.

Request your new item to be sent straight away.

If you want to refund your order instead, returns are processed with an additional £2.80 postage charge.

International Returns

We offer returns and exchanges for international orders, you can change the size, colour or product.

For international returns and exchanges, we’re unable to offer a prepaid returns label or cover the cost of return shipping. We kindly ask that items are sent back to us using a courier of your choice.

If you’d like to exchange an item, we’ll happily send out your exchange order at no additional shipping cost.

Provided your order remains within the returns period, you can return any online order at our Goose & Gander stores.

If you want to return an order that was purchased with a gift card, that gift card will be reimbursed upon completion of the return.
