Returns and Exchanges
We offer free and fast exchanges for UK orders, you can change the size, colour or product.
Request your new item to be sent straight away.
If you want to refund your order instead, returns are processed with an additional £2.80 postage charge.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. Returns will be eligible for a refund to your original payment method or an exchange where applicable.
International Returns
We offer returns and exchanges for international orders, you can change the size, colour or product.
For international returns and exchanges, we’re unable to offer a prepaid returns label or cover the cost of return shipping. We kindly ask that items are sent back to us using a courier of your choice.
If you’d like to exchange an item, we’ll happily send out your exchange order at no additional shipping cost.
Mystery Returns
Mystery Bundle: Terms & Returns Policy
Our Mystery Bundles offer discounted prices based on the number of items you choose. Because the discount is tied to these bundle tiers, any returns must be sent back as the full bundle.
Unfortunately, we’re not able to accept partial returns from Mystery Bundles.
