UK customers need to spend £50+ for free delivery. European customers need to spend £100+ for free delivery. Rest of world customers need to spend £125+ for free delivery :)
1. We receive your order :). 2. Paper work is organised with stock. 3. Our team use Embroidery, Printing & Sewing machines to make your order. 4. Your order is steamed, folded & shipping labels are created. 5. Orders are packaged and sent!
We design & make all our items which allows us to stay creative, flexible & offer a wide range of colours/designs. Orders can take from 1-5 working days to make. PLEASE NOTE during December our lead times become longer due to the busy time period. For XMAS delivery we recommend to order before 7.12.18. Please leave an email address with your order to receive regular updates. We are constantly investing in; systems to improve efficiency & equipment to increase creativity.
UK orders are sent with Royal Mail on a tracked 48 hour service. Please leave your mobile/email address with your order to receive delivery notifications. EU orders can either be sent with Royal Mail tracked (3-5 days) or with DHL Express (next day delivery not including weekends). Non-EU & Rest of World orders are sent with DHL Express (Non-EU 1-2 days, USA 2 days. Australia 3 days).
Please leave your email address when making an order.
Please notify us within 48 hours with any delivery problems e.g. missing parcels, from when your order should of arrived. This gives us adequate time to open an investigation with the courier.
Returns & Exchanges
Please write on the order sheet what size you would like and wrap up the order in some packaging. For UK customers - contact us via email with your order number and what you would like to exchange. We will email you a return barcode which you can take to the post office - and they will print the label off themselves. Just show them the barcode on your phone. We will process the exchange and you will be notified (if you left your email address with the original order) when its been shipped back :). Please note exchanges cannot be sent back for a return afterwards. For Europe & Rest of World customers please send us back the clothing with the new sizes written on the sheet. Free international exchanges are something we are working towards.
Please write on the order sheet that you would like a refund. Please send back to: Unit 1, Bowling Hill Business Park, Quarry Road, BS376JL. Please ensure the item is in perfect condition & is sent back on a tracked service within 14 days of receiving the order. Forgive us for not being able to offer free return postage at this time. We keep our clothing priced as low as possible and hope you understand. It is something we are working towards as we grow :).

We have an extended Christmas returns policy. We will accept returns that are posted back to us within the month of December if these were for Christmas presents. Feel free to contact us regarding size exchanges, as we will supply a return label :)
