Where is my order?

Every item at Goose & Gander is decorated to order. This ensures every item is perfect for your order, but it also can cause a slight delay in delivery.

We try to make your order as soon as we can, but sometimes there can be a wait. Once your item is made, we check for quality and accuracy.

Then your items are collected together, checked again and packaged for delivery. We'll keep you updated through the process.

Once your order has been made and has left our offices, the estimated delivery times from the time of dispatch are:

  • UK Mainland: Royal Mail Tracked Delivery (24 Hours)
  • UK Islands: Royal Mail Tracked Delivery (48 hours)
  • International: FedEx International Connect Plus (3-5 working days)
  • Rest of World: FedEx International Priority (2-4 days)

Can I change my delivery address?

If you need to change the delivery destination of your order, please let us know. As long as your order hasn't entered into our made to order system, we should be able to arrange to have it delivered to an alternate delivery address.

How does delivery work?

UK Delivery

PLEASE NOTE: We are currently using Fedex for UK parcels due to the Royal Mail strikes. In the UK we use Royal Mail Tracked Delivery to get your order delivered. Once we've finished making your garms, we check for quality and accuracy, parcel everything up and arrange for them to leave our offices. Deliveries are collected from our office just outside Bristol nearly every day (by the happiest postman ever!) and get distributed via the Royal Mail network. From then on, your order travels throughout the day and night to get to your destination on time. When you receive a dispatched email you'll get a tracking number to track your parcel.

International Delivery

For international orders we use FedEx. Once we've finished making your garms, we check for quality and accuracy, parcel everything up and arrange for them to leave our offices. Every day FedEx stop by to take over and ensure your parcel starts off on it's journey across the world. Plane, train, lorry and boat! When you receive a dispatched email you'll get a tracking number to track your parcel.

All duties and tax is prepaid by us.

UK £0.00 – £74.99 = £3.99 Royal Mail Express

UK £75.00+ = Free Royal Mail Express

Northern Ireland £0 - £74.99 = £3.99 Royal Mail

Northern Ireland £75+ = Free Royal Mail

EU £0.00 – £99.99 = £12.50 FedEx Express 

EU £100.00 + = Free FedEx Express

Rest of world £0.00 – £124.99 = £15 FedEx Express

Rest of world £125.00 + = Free FedEx Express

Please include your mobile number and email address to ensure you receive delivery notifications when your order has been dispatched.

Returns

How do I return an order?

Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns, and have to cover the cost of shipping. The cost of returning an item for a refund in the UK is £2.80. You will recieve this postage label after using our returns portal. Using this method will ensure you take advantage of our competitive delivery prices. International returns will require you to post the items back to us at your own cost. Refunds can be submitted for up to 14 days after you've received your order.

Can I exchange my items?

We offer FREE and FAST exchanges for all UK customers. Our exchange process is super easy, just head over to our returns portal where you can choose the items you'd like to exchange. Store credit can also be selected. You will receive a free shipping label and have the option to process your exchange straight away before sending back your original items. Exchanges can be submitted up to 28 days after you've received your order. For international exchanges, we will not be able to cover the shipping costs back to us, but we will pay for the shipping when we process your exchange. Gifts can be exchanged through the portal too.

Orders

Can I change my order?

If you need to change any items of your order, please let us know. As long as your order hasn't entered into our made to order system, we should be able to arrange different sizes and colours if stock allows.

Missing order confirmation email?

When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email to the address you entered or selected during checkout.

Occasionally these can end up in spam folders, get delayed sending or go to the wrong email address. So please check:

1. Spam or junk mail folder

2. Email address in Your Account (if you have one)

If you haven't received your order confirmation email or had the wrong email address, let us know and we will check the details and get another one sent to you.

Missing item

Due to the amount of checking done by the team at Goose & Gander, it's very unusual to receive a delivery with missing items. However mistakes can happen and we would like the opportunity to resolve things as soon as possible.

Let us know and one of our team will be in contact to arrange what happens next.

Wrong item received

Cancel order

If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know within 30 minutes of placing your order.

We may need to get in contact with you to verify details, so please complete as much information as you can.
