1) The program
By providing your phone number, checking the relevant box, or messaging us on WhatsApp, you agree to receive promotional and transactional messages from Goose & Gander Ltd. Participation is not a condition of purchase.
2) Eligibility
You must be 16 or older, reside in a country where our messaging is available, and be the owner or authorised user of the number provided.
3) Cost and frequency
Message frequency varies.
SMS or MMS: your network’s message and data rates may apply.
WhatsApp: your mobile data charges may apply.
4) Opt-out and help
SMS: reply STOP to end, HELP for help.
WhatsApp: reply STOP to end or block us in the app.
We may send a final confirmation message after you opt out.
5) Your responsibilities
Keep your contact details up to date and tell us if your number changes. Do not use the program to send unlawful or harmful content to us.
6) Privacy

7) Service changes
We may modify or discontinue the program or any message types at any time, with or without notice.
8) Disclaimers and liability
The program is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability for the program to £100 or the amount you paid to join, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights.
9) Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
