Had an issue received somebody else’s order so emailed them immediately (it was a Saturday afternoon) didn’t expect any kind of response until at least the Monday but first thing on the Sunday I got a message saying my goods would arrive that day which they did.
On the Monday I got an email with a return label and the whole process was sorted within 2days. The item was perfect.
