We try to complete your order as soon as we can, if you have waited past 48 hours without a shipping confirmation, make sure to check your email inbox just in case we've contacted you regarding your order.

Once your order has been picked up by our couriers, the estimated delivery times from the time of dispatch are:

• UK Mainland: Royal Mail Tracked Delivery (24 Hours)
• UK Islands: Royal Mail Tracked Delivery (48 hours)
• International: FedEx International Connect Plus (3-5 working days)
• Rest of World: FedEx International Priority (2-4 days)

If you need to change the delivery destination of your order, please let us know. The sooner the better! As long as your order hasn't entered our warehouse, we should be able to arrange to have it delivered to an alternate delivery address.

UK Delivery

For UK orders, we use Royal Mail Tracked Delivery to get your order to you. Once we've despatched your order, it is collected from our HQ (by the happiest postman ever!) and get distributed via the Royal Mail network. From then on, your order travels throughout the day and night to get to your destination on time. When you receive a despatch email you'll get a tracking number to track your parcel.

International Delivery

For International orders we use FedEx. Once we've despatched your order, it is collected from our HQ by FedEx and your parcel starts off on it's journey across the world. Plane, train, lorry and boat! When you receive a despatch email you'll get a tracking number to track your parcel.

All duties and tax is prepaid by us.

Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours.

We offer free and fast exchanges for UK orders, you can change the size, colour or product.

Request your new item to be sent straight away.

If you want to refund your order instead, returns are processed with an additional £2.80 postage charge.
