Mystery Item - Sizing!!!!

Hi, very pleased with the primary product I purchased. However, having taken up your offer to purchase a ‘Mystery Item’ I was disappointed to receive an item that was 4 sizes smaller than my original purchase. Yes it could become a gift but surely an item of the same size would have been more practical and usable for the customer making the purchase!
