Quality not the same

I have ordered a few items over the year but the hoodie this time was not the same quality. I had also requested to change the size within a few hrs of ordering but was told it was too late, and the shipping was delayed leaving G&G..so that was frustrating. I live in the US and it is too costly to send back to exchange..so I am a bit disappointed. Hopefully things improve as my daughter's and I love the clothing line usually.
